UK delivery: free tracked postage on orders over £10. Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and it leaves the same working day; delivery usually takes 3–5 working days, sooner with the express option at checkout. Europe: tracked service, 5–7 working days.

Returns: new sat navs come with a 30-day money-back guarantee – contact us within 30 days and return it in the condition you received it, with all its accessories (return postage is yours unless agreed otherwise). Certified refurbished items have 14 days. Returns, refunds and warranty policy.

Warranty: 12 months on every new CMNAV sat nav, 6 months on certified refurbished units.

Free lifetime map updates: for a new CMNAV bought from us, we supply the map update files and a step-by-step self-install guide free of charge for as long as the model is supported. You install them yourself on a Windows PC; updates come out roughly once a year. If you’d rather we did it for you, or want a preloaded memory card posted out, that’s a separate small charge.
